Hand rollers
We offer a wide range of hand rollers to complement your PSTC, TLMI, ASTM and FINAT adhesive preparation for testing. The Hand Rollers are manufactured to allow the easy removal of the roll for calibration and replacement purposes. The hand roller frame is made out of aluminum and are Teflon hard coated for ease of cleaning and maintenance. Certificates can be issued upon request for an additional charge.

4.5 lb Hand Roller & 10 lb Hand Roller
- 4.5 lb (2045 gram) roller features a steel core with a Shore scale A 80 durometer silicone rubber cover; 3.75” x 1.75” (95 mm x 45 mm)
- 10 lb (4540 g) roller features a solid steel core with an 8 RMS polished surface; 5” x 1.75” (127 mm x 45 mm)
- Legs on handle extend beyond the circumference of the roller to protect roller surface
- Slots on handle allow roller axles to “float” the weight of the roller during operation
- Meets the requirements of PSTC Appendage B, 2.8, and other industry standards
FINAT Hand Roller
- 2 Kg (4.4 lb) roller features a steel core with a Shore scale A 80 durometer silicone rubber cover
- 3.34” x 1.97” (85 mm x 50 mm)
- Legs on handle extend beyond the circumference of the
roller to protect roller surface - Slots on handle allow roller axles to “float” the weight of
the roller during operation - Meets the requirements of FINAT standard 2.1
