Delamination Peel Fixture
Delamination peel fixture for identification cards, credit cards and other cards. This fixture complies to ISO 10373.
The test measures the force required to separate the adhesives used to bond the laminate and the card together.
This fixture was designed for the FP-2260 Friction/Peel Tester and attaches quickly adding to the testing machines capabilities for peel and cof testing.
The test requires the laminate to be cut into 4 10mm wide strips. The fixture consists of a delamination peel bar and a manual clamp. The strips are clamped in place and the bar keeps the sample at a 90 degree angle during the test. As the test runs the FP-2260 will measure the force required and generate data for evaluation of the identity card sample.
