[CASE] Use of Dynamometers at ELIA

Following the July 2024 severe weather in the Mechelen region, Elia placed Emergency High Voltage pylons, using Straightpoint Dynamometer from Rycobel. The tension on the traction cable holding up an emergency mast needs to be tightened very precisely. To do this safely and correctly, Elia uses 4 Straightpoint Compound Plus Dynamometers of 2.5 tonnes capacity, these are read via Bluetooth on the operator's smartphone.
