Touch Screen Controller
- Dual Operation Modes: Utilizes a high-end 7-inch or 10-inch touch controller that allows seamless transitions between constant value (continuous) testing and complex programmable (intermittent/cyclic) salt spray experiments.
- PID Precision: Driven by an automated PID calculation temperature module and a high-stability platinum temperature probe, reducing variance to an error of just ±0.3°C.
Back-up & Component Logic
- Secondary Lab Controllers: Equipped with dual Huibang liquid crystal digital display controllers managing laboratory and pressure air barrel zones (0–99°C range) with an accuracy of ±1°C.
- Industrial Timing Arrays: Outfitted with a Zhejiang Julong high-precision multi-function digital timer (0.1s–9900hr), a Taiwanese camscohm-1 time integrator (0–99999 HR), and a power-failure memory backup timer (0.001s–9999.9h).
- Global Component Architecture: Reinforced with Schneider (Germany) solid-state relays, Omron (Japan) intermediate relays, KSD (Japan) spray solenoid valves, and AIRTAC (Taiwan) filters and pressure regulating valves.
Water and Gas Separation Structure: The chamber's unique engineering keeps water and air supplies separated. This prevents the brine concentration from weakening during frequent water top-offs and completely eliminates the risk of pressure tank leakage.
- Direct Steam Heating: Employs a direct steam injection heating method to ensure rapid temperature climbs, uniform ambient distribution, and shortened system standby times.
- Double Over-Temperature Protection: Integrated with an Italy EGO dual safety limit mechanism that automatically cuts off main heating power if a controller or primary heating module fails.
- Double Low Water Level Protection: Monitors levels inside both the laboratory and the pressure barrels to completely prevent dry burning and subsequent heater damage.
- Manual Demist Function: Features a built-in manual demisting system to evacuate accumulated salt mist prior to opening, allowing operators to safely check or change specimens mid-test.
- Water-Groove Sealing: The inner and outer chambers interface via deep water-filled sealing grooves, forming an airtight barrier that stops salt mist from escaping into your facility.
- Electrical Safety: System incorporates full overload short-circuit protection and an early warning fault system. A built-in low salt-level alarm warns operators before the brine bucket runs dry.
