  • Premium Corrosion-Resistant Build: The inner chamber is constructed from high-strength, impact-resistant gray-white P.V.C. board (5mm or 8mm depending on size) capable of handling temperatures up to 85°C. The outer cover features fine German-engineered YLIS transparent acrylic for easy test viewing.
  • Advanced Water & Gas Separation: A unique structure isolates the water and gas systems to guarantee stable experimental temperatures. This eliminates frequent automatic refills that drop brine concentration, and completely prevents pressure tank leakage.
  • Precision Quartz Spray Nozzle: Equipped with a precision quartz glass nozzle that guarantees zero crystallization even after 4,000 hours of continuous use. Coupled with a conical disperser, it ensures uniform fog distribution.
  • Efficient Direct Steam Heating: Utilizes a custom U-shaped titanium alloy electric heating tube that provides rapid heating, highly uniform temperature profiles, and an extended service life 3–5 years longer than standard stainless steel tubes.
  • Double Layer Layer Safety Protections: Features dual over-temperature protection (utilizing Italy EGO switches), dual low-water level protections to prevent dry burning, and short-circuit overload protections to shield internal electronic components.
